Important Information

Hi guys, as you may well know the amount of hackers and scammers are ever increasingly going up. Here are a few tips to keep your account safe.
  1. When someone asks you for your password just say no, don't give any reasons and if they persist tell the stardoll administrators.
  2. If your account is hacked the number one rule is don't start spreading hate for the person you gave your password too. This will give them a defence against you.
  3. If something happens which you are uncomfortable about don't hold in silence or at the same time post on your presentation 'report mrswhoever because she is mean'.
Also trading on stardoll is against the rules, and so is selling things for more than 500sd. I sent an email to the stardoll staff asking about this and what to do if we see it happening, this is their reply:

Hi,

Trading is forbidden on Stardoll.
If you see further bad behaviour, please use our reporting tool (a yellow exclamation mark "!" next to the message or at the bottom of the user page), to report it straight to our Stardoll staff.

In order to be able to handle your report, it is very important that you report bad content from the same place where you have found it on Stardoll, a posted message or a comment, or a presentation.  You are not allowed to use our reporting tool for your internal fights with other Stardoll members.

In the meantime you can block the reported user from sending you messages.
Click on the category name under this users name in your Friends List and choose ’Block This User’ and you will be saved from unwanted messages or requests from this person.

Yours Truly,
Stardoll Staff

I can guarantee this is 100% genuine btw. Hope this helps you all :) here is the email address if you have anything to report or ask the stardoll staff.
